We found Cypripedium parviflorum on all 4 days that we spent in Sleeping Bear Dunes. Spiders inhabited many of these flowers. On the left: a misty morning hike at the Whaleback Natural Area of the Leelanau Conservancy, just north of Sleepy Bear Dunes. On the right: a spider at work just off the Pyramid Point Trail inside the park.
