Legend Rock Petroglyphs, Wyoming

A sampling of the 250+ carvings, most in the 'Dinwoody' style -- exaggerated hands and feet, headdresses, and no eyes on the figures. 

Location: near Thermopolis, WY, in a valley with a year-round stream even during drought. 

    From May to Sept it is open from 8 am to 6 pm with a volunteer docent. Nice picnic tables, no drinking water.
