Gallatin River Trail
June 17, 2012

Highlights: Enchanting walk with little elevation change. Some orchids in bloom (spotted coralroot) and a large colony of columbine. Watch for the stinging nettle; it's good to eat after it is boiled, but long pants recommended when hiking in it. Whitetail deer, woodticks, and warblers.
